All Shine Wild products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches).
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to:
- shipping carrier issues
- weather or seasonal demand
- customs processing (for international orders)
Shine Wild is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes or offer a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
- please contact the shipping carrier first
- then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist
